TWL CIVIL AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

TWL CIVIL AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION is a black owned company which was established in 2014 based in Musina Limpopo. We specializes in civil works, building maintenance, supply of goods and materials, renovations and transportation. This initiative was based on vast years of experience in the civil engineering and building industry. We have 25 employees which are 7 permanent, 18 are casuals. We are currently busy with bulk water supply project.

OUR VISION

The vision of TWL is to grow to be a well established company and be a preferred servicer provider which will not be only focused on construction only but render logistics services as well.

This will be achieved by providing sustainable work opportunities to people of different ethnic group. Other than job creation, we believe that we can rehabilitate disadvantaged youth, make them stay away from immoral habits and criminal actions.

While educating people, we are compelled to delivery quality and value in the building, infrastructure and logistic sectors through integrated solutions, products and services.

Regards affirmative action and the provision of opportunities to local community members and historical disadvantaged individuals in all aspects of a project as very important. Support assistance and training of Historically disadvantaged individuals, not only to enable appropriate representatives from local communities to take part in the activities of our own company but also to assist them with training and capacity building during construction.

Assist with the upliftment and empowerment of the community by creating business opportunities during the implementation of projects, thereby improving quality of life.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Health and Safety is our first priority in all our sites. Proper healthy and safety training of all employees is conducted by a qualified health and safety officer prior commencement of any works on construction site. Hygienic environment is always maintained by providing clean drinking water, refuse bins and clean toilets.

A comprehensive first aid kit and a fire extinguisher are always present on site with their locations clearly marked for easy access. These are inspected, maintained and kept in a working order by the health and safety officer
